I woke up this morning with a pain on my both calves and legs, I wondered what I did to make my lower body sores like that. But then I realized that I did a specific cardiovascular exercise yesterday morning at our backyard. I was doing a jump rope workout, like a 9 year old kid. I intend to work out for 10 mins. atleast to gain some energy because I felt so tired and no energy at all yesterday.
I know I need exercise as often as my body needed, but because of the lifestyle I have, I barely do. But I am glad, I tried to motivate myself to exercise yesterday which is good.
During the exercise, the two cute little dogs from the neighbours next door heard the sounds of the rope effects and they tried to sneaked out while kept on barking on me. Eventually, I got tired of them hearing the bark, so I decided to stop and go inside of the house to see what they gonna do. They stopped barking too! Silly dogs!
